These Terms and Conditions govern attendance at and participation in the Experience on Main Street Conference 2025, organised by Experience on Main Street Ltd.

Experience on Main Street Ltd is a subsidiary of the Experience UK Trade Association, operated by Experience UK Media Limited, a limited company registered in England and Wales, company Number: 11705991.

Admission and Tickets

All attendees must possess a valid ticket purchased through official channels.

Tickets are non-transferable unless authorised in writing by the organiser.

Proof of identity may be required at entry.

Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. Any inappropriate, disruptive, or offensive behaviour may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

Event Changes

While every effort is made to deliver the event as advertised, the organiser reserves the right to modify the programme, speakers, schedule, or venue without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

The organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained at the event, unless directly caused by its proven negligence.

All content, presentations, and materials provided at the event are protected by copyright and may not be recorded, copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission from the organiser.
