Where is the event being held?
The conference will take place at Arcade Arena in Manchester on 8–9 July 2025. Venue access and event details will be confirmed in advance via email to all registered attendees.
Who should attend?
The event is aimed at professionals across the public and private sectors involved in regeneration, urban development, placemaking, planning, retail, leisure, cultural programming, and the experience economy.
Are tickets refundable?
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only. No refunds will be issued beyond that timeframe.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets may be transferred to another attendee up to 5 days before the event. Requests must be made in writing to hello@experience-uk.org
Will food and drink be provided?
Yes your ticket includes refreshments. Further information will be communicated in the delegate welcome pack.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, Arcade Arena is fully accessible. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact us in advance so we can assist.
Will sessions be recorded?
Certain sessions may be recorded for future use. Where applicable, attendees will be notified and signage will be displayed.
