This refund policy applies to all purchases made for the Experience on Main Street Conference 2025.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only within 7 calendar days of the original ticket purchase date.

After 7 days, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will receive a full refund. If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

3. Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another individual up to 5 calendar days prior to the event. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to hello@experience-uk.org

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the event does not entitle the ticket holder to any refund.
